How is the taste of a cider affected when it meets saltiness, acidity, sweetness or umami? Why can the same drink be experienced completely differently depending on what we eat for?
During this tasting, we explore the interaction between cider, must and taste. Through selected tastings and carefully selected drinks, participants will discover how different ingredients change the experience of what is in the glass.
The focus here is on the drink. The taste tests serve as tools to understand the different expressions of cider and must and how food can enhance, change or highlight new aromas.
The tasting includes Forse's own drinks along with selected Swedish ciders showing different styles, traditions and expressions.
The evening is as much a taste journey as a tasting. Here it is not about right or wrong, but about discovering, comparing and finding your own favorites.

After the tasting there is an opportunity to visit Forse's farm shop and buy the farm's products home. If you have reached the age of 20, you will also have the opportunity to shop for the farm's cider.
For those who do not want to drink alcohol, non-alcoholic options are offered. There is even the possibility of spitting.

At Forse Cidergård, our ambition is to use organic methods to produce real traditional craft cider that is fermented in the same way as a wine. We also make premium quality wild must and apple must.
The drink is made from apples from the farm's orchards and reflects the unique terroir of the place. In a rural and rustic setting, we offer guided tours and tastings of our craft drink. Then you will get an insight into the work behind the scenes and we will tell you about how the business of a real cider farm is run. At the same time, you are given the opportunity to try our premium drinks made from apples grown on the farm.
