Try Vildmust - a new and exciting drink that is naturally alcohol-free!
A must that has been allowed to ferment briefly in a bottle is transformed by, among other things, natural lactic acid fermentation into a sparkling drink with a deep and balanced flavor profile.
Wild must is an exclusive drink made on very small scales, and today served in some of the country's finest taverns.
The method was developed by Cider maker Diego Vegas Skoglund, who is conducting the tasting.
During this tasting, you get to taste several kinds of wild must from different producers, while at the same time you get to wander through the nature that gave the drink life. Diego leads you through the landscape of Forse and shares his journey of developing wild must.
If you have reached the age of 20, after the guided tour you will have the opportunity to shop for our alcoholic beverages in the farm shop.
In case of bad weather conditions, a thorough tasting is instead held in our furnished cider barn.
During the visit we move around the farm so we recommend that you dress in durable clothes and proper shoes.

The drink is made from apples from the farm's orchards and reflects the unique terroir of the place. In a rural and rustic setting, we offer guided tours and tastings of our craft drink. Then you will get an insight into the work behind the scenes and we will tell you about how the business of a real cider farm is run. At the same time, you are given the opportunity to try our premium drinks made from apples grown on the farm.
