Enjoy a luxurious picnic in the apple grove at Forse.
Our picnic basket is based on local and small-scale produce and food crafts.
The seasonal picnic basket includes:
- Sourdough bread
- Potato and Ramen Onion Muffins
- Three kinds of local chark
- Three kinds of Skåne cheese with freshly thrown honey
- Kohlrabi sauce
- Ramen and parsley pesto
- Sour vegetables, tomatoes and pickled cucumbers
- Salt-roasted peasant beans
- Rhubarb and strawberry compote with cream cheese cream
Practical information
- Your booked picnic basket will be available for collection in our food cart at the farm.
- You book the basket for the day you want to visit Forse, and then specify in the reservation the time you wish to collect your picnic basket.
- The picnic basket is nut-free, and can be adapted for both lactose and gluten intolerance. Charcuterie can be picked up on request for a vegetarian picnic basket. We try to adapt the basket to suit other food allergies and preferences - but please get in touch beforehand!
