Our picnic basket is based on local and small-scale produce and food crafts.
The seasonal picnic basket includes:
- Puff pastry baked oysterlen asparagus with cream cheese
- Ramen onion pesto cream
- Pea tube with mint and lemon
- Focaccia
- Swedish chark and cheese
- Sour vegetables, olives, radishes, and tomatoes from Orelund.
- Rhubarb compote with mascarpone cream
Your booked picnic basket will be available for pickup in our food cart at the farm.
You book the basket for the day you want to visit Forse, and then specify in the reservation the time you wish to collect your picnic basket.
We are currently unable to adapt the picnic basket for food allergies. Charcuterie can be picked up on request for a vegetarian picnic basket.
At Forse Cidergård, our ambition is to use organic methods to produce real traditional craft cider that is fermented in the same way as a wine. We also make premium quality wild must and apple must.
The drink is made from apples from the farm's orchards and reflects the unique terroir of the place. In a rural and rustic setting, we offer guided tours and tastings of our craft drink. Then you will get an insight into the work behind the scenes and we will tell you about how the business of a real cider farm is run. At the same time, you are given the opportunity to try our premium drinks made from apples grown on the farm.
