Picnic basket in the apple grove
Enjoy a luxurious picnic in the apple grove at Forse. Our picnic basket is based on local and small-scale produce and food crafts. Cider tasting and tour of the farm
Meet Forse Cidergård and try our craft drink! Elisabeth Knöppel, who runs Forse with her daughter Mathilda, guides around the farm and leads the tasting. We start with a walk out in our organic cider farms. There you get to meet the wonderful nature and unique terroir that gives us our raw material. The tour then goes through our cider house, where we give you an insight into how we make high quality Swedish cider. We conclude with a tasting in our decorated cider barn, where you get to taste four of our drinks, both our award-winning cider and craft must. An excellent way to get acquainted with Swedish cider and craft drinks!

About Forse Cidergård

At Forse Cidergård, our ambition is to use organic methods to produce real traditional craft cider that is fermented in the same way as a wine. We also make premium quality wild must and apple must.

The drink is made from apples from the farm's orchards and reflects the unique terroir of the place. In a rural and rustic setting, we offer guided tours and tastings of our craft drink. Then you will get an insight into the work behind the scenes and we will tell you about how the business of a real cider farm is run. At the same time, you are given the opportunity to try our premium drinks made from apples grown on the farm.
