Join us for a taste experience where local ingredients meet Forse's own muster and cider.
Through several tastings, we explore how food and drink influence each other, how different flavors change the experience of what's in the glass and why must and cider are great meal drinks.
We walk at a leisurely pace in the apple groves of Forse Cidergård and in the woods around the farm where tastings, drinks and stories are woven together into an experience where crafts, ingredients and meal culture are at the center.
How is the taste of a must affected when it meets acid, saltiness or sweetness? What happens when a cider is combined with herbaceous, smoky or umami-rich flavors? And how can the same drink take on entirely new expressions depending on what we eat for?
Along the way, we also explore how raw material, place and craft affect the taste in the glass and why more and more people discover the Swedish craft cider and craft must.
The afternoon is not about learning how to grow apples or about traditional beverage tasting. The focus is instead on taste experiences and the interaction between food and drink. The apple grove becomes the stage for an afternoon where guests get to discover new flavor combinations and see Forse's drinks in a new context.
We finish in the barn with a seated cider tasting where we continue exploring the interaction between food and drink.

The whole experience takes about 2 hours.
During the visit we move around the farm so we recommend that you dress in durable clothes and proper shoes. In bad weather conditions, we move into our cider barn.
After the experience, you have the opportunity to visit Forse's farm shop and buy the farm's products home. If you have reached the age of 20, you will also have the opportunity to shop for the farm's cider.
For those who do not want to drink alcohol, non-alcoholic options are offered. There is even the possibility of spitting.

At Forse Cidergård, our ambition is to use organic methods to produce real traditional craft cider that is fermented in the same way as a wine. We also make premium quality wild must and apple must.
The drink is made from apples from the farm's orchards and reflects the unique terroir of the place. In a rural and rustic setting, we offer guided tours and tastings of our craft drink. Then you will get an insight into the work behind the scenes and we will tell you about how the business of a real cider farm is run. At the same time, you are given the opportunity to try our premium drinks made from apples grown on the farm.
